What was the highlight of Edit Hanmer Springs
A traditional hotel that provides a welcoming experience.
This was an old worldly experience that felt special. The location and setting are fabulous. We walked around the town and to the thermal pools. The continental breakfast was generous and the pancake machine fun.
Having an electric blanket would have made it cosier and an opening window is always a plus for me.

Very pleasant, relaxing and nice breakfast included
On the website it said you could get towels for the pools. It didn't say there would be a charge of $4.00 per towel. That would have been good to know. Otherwise we would have brought our own towels for the pools

What was the highlight of Edit Hanmer Springs
Hanamr Solo Traveler birthday getaway
Love the location/ very friendly staff and good breakfast and happy hour but the fire was a highlight . Staff were very friendly and easy to fix problems and made me feel welcome from arrival to checkout . Left early as had a long drive but loved that you could check out as late as 11am .
First room saldy had no running water as there was an issue so was moved to another room which was pretty cold at first but fine once heating was going . Issue was quickly resolved so appreciate the staff quickly finding me another room and showers worked great in there :) Small thing : but suggest adding spoons in the room for tea and coffee as there was nothing to mix the sachets with :) - just minor everything else was great
